Undewater Hospital with Legos

“There are all sorts of things embodied in the Lego brick – geometry and mathematics and truth and proportion and shape and colour,” – James May
Homeschool Lego Club is fun but it can also be some serious stuff! Just listening to all the descriptions of the groups creations was amazing! Who knew every little Lego could be a powerful instrument to do something in imagination land?! What am I talking about? You can actually get boys who don't want to talk describe their whole creation in detail! .... And go on and on and on about it! (giggle)

Our Homeschool Lego Club is about 20 Families participating in our area with Children ranging from 1st grade up to High School. The Meeting is set up with Educational Objectives and Purposes, etc. It meets once a month. Today there were 5 groups and they were in groups according to grades.

The 1st, 2nd and 3rd graders had the assignment to make an Underwater Hospital with Underwater Ambulances. They also had to include docking areas on the Hospital and explain the services in which they would provide! They also had to problem solve how they would deal with sharks and octopus and other under water animals.

It's an underwater ambulance.
