“He who teaches children learns more than they do.” -German Proverb
This morning, I found this in my Kitchen Cubby.
(Obviously left there around her bed time.)
I am not getting the Mother of the Year Award apparently.
I have a bone to pick with the person who taught her how to read
and is now teaching her how to spell.
Oh! Wait!
That would have been me.
I showed Beloved and he said,
"At the age of six, she shouldn't be writing Horse books.
She should be writing Dramas."
We played Horse Bingo.
Hi from Piecedtreasures, or Donna! I will bookmark your site and check back often!
ReplyDeleteThanks Donna! I have your other blog in my favorites! ;) I won't miss an update. Everything still will come through my subscriptions. I will still comment too.
ReplyDeleteAlong with all you other "girls" that are following me over from my other blog! Love y'all so much! Wouldn't want to miss a day of your updates!
That's hilarious! One day at work, I had Alex and Thomas in my office with me. After we left, and I came back the next day they had written a note and taped it on the back of my door that said, "Wanted: our dad. If you see him call xxx-xxxx". They put my phone number there. It still makes me laugh.
ReplyDeleteI updated my blog over here, inspired by you - lol.
Awwww... you're trying to rival me for being the meanest mom ever! Trying to outdo me on this as well:)
ReplyDeleteI licked my wounds! Especially after I saw that “Dad” was written first! lol
ReplyDeleteI just love that little red heart at the end.
