A Trip To A Wildlife Center

Clouds come floating into my life,
no longer to carry rain or usher storm,
but to add color to my sunset sky.

The Salato Wildlife Education Center  in Frankfort, Kentucky was a drizzly day treat.

They have numerous petting exhibits and hands-on activities for all ages.

A little gray skies didn't stop us!

With our umbrellas in hand we hit the trails!

We spent time listening to some "pond" talk.

Although, some just wanted to go fishing.

The trails took us along side several exhibits -- bears, elk, bison.
I disturbed them all by getting pictures.
This Wildcat particularly gave me the evil eye!

"Pretty Boy" knew he was photogenic!
He turned to me with an expression that could be interpreted as,
"You can look but DON'T touch!"
I would prefer to think he was really saying,
"Don't hate me because I am beautiful".
