After finding the bottom stand of my Grandma's old dress form, the Little Lady asked if she could dress her up. I thought she would just go get a couple of dress-up dresses. Instead she got out 5 yards of material and began cutting a no-sew outfit.
I came in to check on what she was doing ever now and then.
After about 10 minutes, I found her primping a scarf.
Then, later, adding ribbon to secure the skirt to the top.
I am loving that square collar. Take note fashion industry!
She took the the dress form up to her room after putting everything away.
Except that she forgot a piece of paper. Just as I was about to throw the thing away, I looked down to discovered her drawing inspiration. She had pretended to make directions and a pattern!
That is wonderful! You have quite the designer there! Looking forward to her next creation!
