Boating on Barren River Lake

While camping at Barren River Lake State Resort, Beloved decided to rent a Pontoon boat for the day. All the Little Ones were very excited about going boating and having a picnic lunch on the water. 

The Little Miss thought it was pretty fun as well.

We spent the day alternating Mommy's favorite pass time which is cruising the lake and the Little One's favorite pass time which was swimming in the lake. 

I thought she looked so pretty while we were cruisen so I just had to take a picture.

 

Here are my personal Lake Pilots for the day.

This was their first time swimming in a lake.

And, although it took a little bit for a few of them to become brave enough to jump in, eventually they thought it was great!

The Little Miss didn't like the water at all!

So, she ate blueberries!

And she ate!

And she ate!

She didn't stop there.

She had lunch and then nibbled on everyone's lunch too.

And, then ate more blueberries.  

Lunch on the lake:  Ham and Cheese Sandwiches, Chips, Blueberries, and Chocolate Sticks.

I am surprised he stopped to even consider food.
