Baby Back Ribs

"The qualities of an exceptional cook are akin to those of a successful tightrope walker: an abiding passion for the task, courage to go out on a limb and an impeccable sense of balance." - B. Miller

Baby Back Ribs

Directions: Take a large piece of aluminum foil and place it shiny side up so that the ribs are on top of the shiny side of the aluminium foil. Take Red Hot Salt and sprinkle it over the ribs. Do the same with the pepper. Fold the aluminium foil over the ribs to make a pocket so the ribs are fully covered. Place in oven at 300degrees for 3 hours. Take the ribs out of the oven and carefully open the aluminium foil. Smear on your favorite BBQ sauce over the ribs. Put the ribs back in the oven at 300 degrees for 30 more minutes.

Camp Grill Cooking:
Put it on the grill over the hot pit coals. Watch carefully and cook s-l-o-w!
