John Deere Exploring

"Mr. Deere built the company on four words -- integrity, quality, innovation and commitment." http://www.deere.com/en_US/attractions/index.html

While traveling to to Cedar Rapids so Beloved could do business at Rockwell Collins, we decided to have a quick morning stop at the JOHN DEERE PAVILION.

The Children enjoyed climbing all over the tractors and seeing the cool satellite technology inside them. Beloved's Pilot mind equated the inside gadgets to a "High Tech Cockpit." (I wish I had taken a picture of the gadgets but I was focusing my film on the cuteness of my Little Gentleman pretending to drive a tractor.)

Being a lover of antiques, the Little Man came with me to check out the old tractors.

We thought we had explored alot of the Museum. But, unfortunatly, the fog began to set in and we still had a ways to drive to our destination so we were only able to see 1/2 of the attractions. However before we left we made a quick stop into the gift shop and then we spent a little time at the tractor toy tables they had for the Children.

The Little Ones fascination with John Deere equipment began when Beloved's Sister and her family gave the little ones some educational John Deere DVDs. So this stop over was special and a must see again as we go back through!
