Columbia River Maritime Museum was founded in 1962. One of the finest Maritime Museums on the west coast and the official Museum of the State of Oregon.

After we went to the column, we headed to the Columbia River Maritime Museums.
Checking out the Coast Guard ship they had on display!
The Little Man is learning about the cargo ships.
The Little Gentleman flipped the interactive display. The display was about the flags they put out for the ships to indicate the classification of winds.
We walked on board a WW2 Navy Destroyer. The Museum was built around this Destroyer's bridge.
The Little Lady is poking her head out. Do you see her?
Just about the time we finished the inside of the Museum, our tummies were getting hungry. We decided to do the outside activities of the museum after Lunch. So, we headed out to the river walk.
We stepped inside this wonderful restaurant for a bite to eat!
Fresh Catch of the day? Salmon and Halibut!
I had a little bit of both!
Afterwards, we checked out the view from the restaurants pier.
Back at the Museum, we went through a lighthouse boat.
Then it was all aboard the River walk trolley to get a little History of the town.
Happy People!!!
