A Red Cruiser On The Horse Farm

"One can get in a car and see what man has made. One must get on a horse to see what God has made. " - Unknown

We went to the barn today. And, because someone requested to see pictures of what I do at the barn, Mommy thought I could show you around today. Before we get started though I have to put my seat belt on and get comfortable in my red cruiser!

Today's chauffeur was an unexpected surprised.

The Little Man decided he wanted to hang out with me today and allow the Little Gentleman to take a trail ride with the Little Lady.

Once they got on their way, we headed out for a walk too. So, down the road we go to see the horses.

Mr. Willis thinks my red cruiser is fascinating. He walks along the fence beside us, but if I am not in my cruiser he doesn't pay a bit of attention to me.

Mr. Handsome is a Palomino. He has "handsome" blue eyes! He doesn't typically pay attention to me either but when I am in my red cruiser he tries to eat the handle.

We always have to stop at the tire swing. The Little Man likes to get a running start and jump on.

I am not allowed to get on it, yet.

Don't feel sorry for me though. Mommy says, "It won't be long before I get to squeal with delight!" I try to wait patiently. When I get tired though I jut sound the alarm that it is time to get a move on.

In the fall, I get to pick wild flowers from the pasture.

There is always something to see in the barn! Normally, there are puppies but today we had a special treat -- several barn kittens.

This is the horse that Sister wants to buy with her piggy bank money. The horse doesn't have a name yet. She just turned 2 years old. The Trainers are breaking her. They say that she is very docile and is perfect cause she doesn't get spooked at all. Mommy whispered to me a secret! Mommy said, "If I was ever going to buy a horse this would be the one I would love to have!" The horse has light reddish hair like sister and a blond mane like me! We aren't to tell sister that Mommy actually is partial to one of the Horses. If she got wind of that Mommy would never hear the end of it!

Everyone is coming off the trail now. And, it is time for my nap!

Happy Trails to you!
