Good Friday

"It's Friday... but Sunday's coming!

This evening, on Good Friday, we went to church for a special dinner.
The first half of the evening was going through the Seder Meal and what each item symbolized.

This was our Families dinner table which was set up for us.

Our Pastor talked the Father's of the Families through each step as they served their Family.

It was extremely interesting and we enjoyed tasting the foods.

After the symbolized Passover Feast, we had a more traditional Church meal that our church had catered.

Meatloaf   or   Chicken 'n Dumplings
Corn
Mashed Potatoes and Gravy
and
Dessert

Of course, there was fellowship, too!

  1. That looks very nice - I love matzoh! (we've gone through almost two boxes during Lent)

I think you all had full tummies when you were finished. :)

  4. Oh, I glad your church is doing that. There is such beautiful meaning and symbolism in the Biblical Feasts. Passover is my favorite!
