Dreams getting bigger.

"Arise and be all the you can dream." - Flying Quote

Beloved flew in the 160th Night Stalkers for 19 years.
He was the Regimental Standardization Instructor Pilot.
The top position for him in his career there.
He could not go any higher in the unit.

Beloved came to me and said he needed a different challenge.
And, he gave me a list of options for us to pray over.

We narrowed it down to two options.

West Coast.
It would be just a different location doing the same thing.
However, we really wanted to go out West.

East Coast
It meant a step up above the Unit we were already in.
And, just a move to a different East Coast state.

This Man can't see himself doing anything but flying.
Either one would have been fine.
However, God orchestrates things beyond our dreams!

A STAR got wind of us considering "the step up unit" and encouraged Beloved to come work for him. So, we took the "step up" where he could fly helicopters as well as airplanes in the military too!

He is the Standardization Instructor Pilot Fixed/Rotor Wing Pilot of this unit.
So, for two years now he has been flying his favorite helicopter.
And, in the fixed wing community he flies the CASA.

They use this plane for jumping.

As you can see, the first picture is of people getting ready to go up and jump! One of our Chaplain friends, that we have known for years, is the third guy from the end.  He is about to jump out of that perfectly good airplane! "Bless his crazy heart!"

So, why am I sharing this.
Well, the  CASAs are about to go away.
They will be replaced with a new aircraft.
So, I realized that I better get clicking if I wanted a picture of Beloved with this plane.

So, off to the hanger we went!

Big changes are on the horizon for him -- and us!
But, as usual, life unfolds quietly here on my little blog.
