Finding Common Roots in Teaching

“Parents must bring light and truth into their homes by one family prayer, one scripture study session, one family home evening, one book read aloud, one song, and one family meal at a time. They know the influence of righteous, conscientious, persistent, daily parenting is among the most powerful and sustaining forces for good in the world. The health of any society, the happiness of it’s people, their prosperity, and their peace all find common roots in the teaching of children in the home.” - T. Perry

  1. Lovely quote, thanks for sharing. Brings to mind the song, "One day at a time, sweet Jesus, that's all I'm asking of you. Just give me the strength, to know what to say, one day at a time." Boy that's been quite a while. No drums to that song. *smile* Have a great day and thanks again. Sincerely, Mommy of two little blessings & so much more!
