Sunday Church Dessert

"One of the most economical things to do is a theme-oriented potluck. By having different guests bring different courses, you won't break the bank and you can just relax and enjoy your party." - Nancy Haaser

I took two 13x10s of this fabulous SINful dessert to church!
I can' t tell you if it was good. I did not get any!

A box of ice cream sandwiches
1 jar (12oz) caramel ice cream topping
1 carton (12oz) cool whip
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
chocolate toppings of your choice (I used butter finger candy bars)

Arrange 14 ice cream sandwiches in an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. dish. Cut remaining sandwiches in half lengthwise; fill in the spaces in the dish. Spread with caramel and whipped toppings. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Sprinkle with chopped candy bar. Cover and freeze for at least 45 minutes. Cut into squares. Yield: 15-18 servings.

  2. Oh wow, that does look way too good! Next time you will have to make an additional smaller pan to leave at home for you & your family. :) Yum!
