Moon Day

"Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven" (Acts 1:11, KJV).

Where my Science Education degree comes together with my Bible degree!
I  loved every minute of this morning! 
The entire family was up looking at the sky in their pajamas.
Well, except for Beloved.
Although he was looking up at the sky too, he was at the hanger getting ready to go fly.

    I completely forgot about it and didn't take the kids out - bummer!

      We had absolutely gorgeous skies! The last blood mood phase it was super cloudy and rainy. So, we did not get to see it. In December there is a meteorite shower. (120 Meteorites an hour. We should be at in the camper at that time.) Then, after it will be a Solar Eclipse and then two more Blood Moon phases. It is going to be a fun Astronomy Unit for the boys this coming up year.
