LBL Trace

Land Between the Lakes Trace is a 45 mile byway located in Kentucky. - LBL site

We headed out the other day to do the "Land Between the Lakes Trace" for an afternoon.  They have many things to do on the Trace. We only had a limited amount of time so we picked just a few things.  One of the activities we cruised into was the Wildlife Preserve.

There are several different types of animals at the Trace. Deer and Bison are just a few.  However at the Wildlife Preserve we were able to see them feed the Red Wolves and the snakes! I will spare you the pictures of the snakes eating frozen mice. Lets just say the Children thought it was amazing.

The Little Miss enjoyed the Turtles that were swimming.

They had a good many hands on activities for the Little Ones to do.

And they all had their favorite exhibit.

Just a nice little day to get out of the house to explore the outdoors.

  3. Hi Carman,

Andrea B. here from Cross Generations Church. Sent an email the other day and it dawned on me that you might just delete without reading because you might not recognize the address. I use an address under lance's name because everyone knows it. We are praying for you. I will email again today. Got an activity for the kids that they will LOVE!

    Blessings!
